I am a 38-year-old inactive Marine. I was in the Military for 9 years when I decided it was time to get out and do something else.  I went to school at a local Community College to get a degree towards Computer Science. I attended classes for about a year when I felt the need to be close to home. I moved back to Houston near my family and got a job in IT. I have been there for the past 8 years. I started in the Help Desk and moved into the Office Environment Team to help with the migration from Windows XP to Windows 7. Along the way, I was made responsible for QA/QC for all the applications in our environment, and to make sure the process ran smoothly.  With the new alignment of the company I am now on the Global Office Environment Team doing the same QA job as before but, for the whole company around the world. During this time in IT, I decided to change my career path and went back to school again. I have been attending Full Sail University pursuing a Bachelor’s in Game Design for the past 2 years. I am anticipating graduation date of May of 2017.

Playing video games has always been a part of my life. Like many gamers I enjoy figuring out a solution to a problem and having fun while doing it. I have discovered over the last two years I enjoy the creation of the level and experience the user interacts with the most.  While, I will always enjoy testing and looking for things to make the game better I will never turn down an opportunity to create something new.
